Forma buys Leva
Forma today acquired the magazine Leva. This acquisition strengthens Forma's position in the magazine market.
The Leva magazine has existed for 5 years and during this period acquired a strong position due to the way it writes about personal development, psychology, health, relationships, etc. Leva is now published in different formats. In addition to the magazine there are events, website and a newsletter.
"Leva fits in perfectly with Forma's other consumer magazines. Catharina has done a fantastic job with Leva and it will be great fun to work together," says Maria Croon, head of Forma Magazine.
Forma Magazine has annual sales of SEK 450 million with 15 magazines in five countries. Publications in Sweden include the market leaders Icakuriren and Hus & Hem.
"It feels good that the Leva concept will now acquire a wider context and therefore be able to achieve further growth. Personally, I am also looking forward to becoming part of Forma," says Leva's editor-in-chief Catharina Hansson.
