ICA AB is one of the leading food retail  companies in the Nordic region with approximately 2,200 own and retail-owned stores in Sweden, Norway and the Baltic countries. The goal is to be the leader in every market in which ICA operates.

The ICA Group includes the wholly owned sales companies ICA Sverige, ICA Norge, and Rimi Baltic as well as ICA Banken which offers financial services in Sweden and ICA Properties, which manages the Group's properties and leases. 

In 2009, ICA AB’s revenues totaled SEK 95 billion with an operating profit of SEK 2,713 M. The total number of FTEs in the ICA Group was 20,412.
