Forma Publishing Group

Forma Publishing Group is one of Sweden’s largest publishing houses with a focus on consumer magazines, trade magazines, assignment production and books. Forma also has magazine operations in Finland and Estonia.

Forma’s operations are divided into three business areas: Forma Magazine (trade magazines and consumer magazines), Forma Contract (assignment production) and Forma Books (book publishing). The dominant subject areas are food, home, leisure and retailing. Several of Forma’s customer magazines are among the most widely distributed in Sweden, including the monthly magazine Buffé which is distributed to ICA’s more than 2 million regular customers.

In 2009 Forma’s revenues totaled SEK 870 M with an operating profit of SEK -20M. The average number of employees was 322.
