Hakon Invest invests in established retail-oriented companies with clear concepts, strong entrepreneurship, motivated management and good growth opportunities.

Our geographic focus is the Nordic and Baltic regions. Since we have a long-term approach to our investments, there is no set timescale within which a portfolio company must be divested.

In addition to the “permanent” holding ICA AB, Hakon Invest currently has six portfolio companies: Forma Publishing Group, Kjell & Company, Cervera, inkClub and Hemtex.
