In March 2008 97,100 shares in Hakon Invest were repurchased to cover allocations in the 2007 bonus and option programs. In 2007 the number of repurchased shares totaled 128,200. Hakon Invest’ total holding of treasury shares amounts to 252,130 common shares.

In June 2009 39,620 shares in Hakon Invest were repurchased to cover 2009 share matching and performance-based shareprograms.

The 2010 and 2011 Annual General Meetings resolved that commitments in accordance with the 2010 and 2011 share matching and performance programs shall be secured through previously purchased treasury shares.

Number of shares

The total number of shares in Hakon Invest amounts to 160,917,436, of which 252,130 shares have been repurchased. The number of outstanding shares has therefore been reduced to 160,664,306, comprising 82,067,892 C shares and 78,596,414 common shares.
