Hakon Invest’s vision is to be the leading development partner for retail companies in the Nordic and Baltic regions. We will achieve this vision by being an active and responsible owner which offers the portfolio companies opportunities for successful development.

Hakon Invest's investment focus is on established retail companies looking to take the next step in their development. In order to achieve a balanced risk profile in the portfolio besides the ICA holding, we seek investments in different retail areas in the Nordic and Baltic countries. The aim over time is to build up a portfolio of approximately ten companies.

Hakon Invest is an active, responsible and long-term owner which supports the development of its portfolio companies with capital and through active work on the companies’ boards, expertise, and contacts in day-to-day operations. We focus our investment activities on established retail companies that are prepared to take the next step in their development.

We want the portfolio companies to feel secure with Hakon Invest as a partner and therefore be able to put all their energies into further development of their operations. Together we will create conditions for growth, efficiency enhancements and improved profitability.
